I always try to encourage parents to bring in their little ones at two weeks or younger for their newborn sessions. This is so we can capture their newness and curly little body, and all their tiny features before they change. I also do this so they are still super sleepy and content. This isn’t to say older babies aren’t content and sleepy, but they tend to be more aware and do not transition as nicely between setups. Well, this certainly wasn’t the case for sweet Hunter. He was just shy of three weeks old when he came to see me and was complete perfection. I loved his sweet cheeks and those scrumptious rolls. He was so good and sleepy. At one point during the session I caught the hugest smile, and it may be one of my very favorite images to date. I just loved him! I had such a difficult time giving him back after the session. What a darling baby boy! I absolutely loved our time together!
